As a congregation, we have been so richly blessed, with so many things to celebrate!
The Lacey Food Bank held a Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon at the Captain’s Inn on Monday, June 12th. Some of our members from our Hunger Action Team—HAT—were recognized: Standing: Marilyn Stolte, Heidi Hilinski, Joyce Huffert, Valerie Krusieski, Rev. Paul Quevedo, Janet Hawk, Isabel Orriss; Seated: Lorelle Gormley, Susan Hender and Peter Hender.
Our Sunday School children celebrated Earth Day on Sunday, April 23 by planting flowers around the church! Mrs. Judson made us all special Earth Day t-shirts to wear for the occasion. We also gave a warm send-off to our church organist, Michael Rosin, who we will miss greatly. Thank you, Michael, for sharing your amazing talents with us!
